- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Overall I have been rather upset by the general service and poor quality that has been provided by Higgins Homes. When moving into your first home its meant to be exciting however we have had to chase on a daily basis to get simply things like ensuring our windows are fitted and sealed correctly in order to ensure that the building is water tight. The sales team are rather pushy and continually chase you pushing on the property purchase and allowing no consideration for personal circumstance. Then when it comes to aftersales and service everyone seems to vanish and it has taken us two months to get simple things done however we are still waiting on a big list of snagging to be done. Problems range from not having water for 24 hours and due to higgins rushing forward a completion there was no idea as to who would be responsible for fixing this to the cosmetic such as having cracks in sinks and 1 cupboard in a kitchen for a two bedroom property. I am still awaiting completion of the list of works we have sent higgins and i will keep my review updated but generally I would approach with care. The sales are pushy and the after sales are hard to get hold of so as long as you have a spare hour every day to chase and a few months to wait for completion of works then please just approach with caution.By skippy, July 27, 2017
